We are an old school warehouse style gym with modern amenities. At 8,400 sqft, our gym uses iron plates, iron dumbbells, tons of high-end equipment, and a variety of cardio equipment. Our amenities include air conditioning, water fountains, bottle fillers, towels, showers, full locker rooms, wipe down stations and we keep it clean!

In addition to the gym, we have another 22,000 sqft of outdoor space that includes basketball, pickleball and tennis courts where you can play ball or just take a jog around the courts.

We welcome bodybuilders and powerlifters but the majority of our members are just regular folks trying to lose weight, get stronger or just have a love for lifting.
